Deborah Montgomery
Nurse Account Manager
Deborah Montgomery has been in healthcare for over 40 years as an LVN. Most of these years have been in long term care and include assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and pharmacy. She joined the Infinity team in April 2019 as a Nurse Account Manager.
Deborah previously worked with Emeritus Senior living for 15 years in various roles ranging from Wellness/ Assisted Living Director to Divisional Director of Life Enrichment for Texas and Louisiana. Her previous pharmacy experience was with Senior Care Pharmacy and most recently as Account Manager with Omnicare. She is Certified in Alzheimers and is very passionate about helping nurses, caregivers and others understand the disease.
Very proud to have been born and raised in New Orleans, she moved to Texas in 1986 and loves to tell folks “Texas has been good to me, that’s why I got here as fast as I could”. She lives in Arlington with her husband Joseph, has 3 sons and 7 grandkids who are all here in Texas. She loves cooking and watching football. When it’s not football season, her free time is spent traveling, having family gatherings and attending jazz concerts. She volunteers twice a month doing blood pressure checks and bingo for the seniors at Clairmont Apartments in Arlington where her father resides.
Deborah believes communication and education are the keys to success. There is always a daily opportunity to learn as well as to teach!
