Nicole Laidlaw
VP of Business Development
Having deep experience with long-term care, medical environments, and pharmaceutical practices, Nicole oversees all aspects of the Long-Term Care company sales and marketing functions as Vice President of Business Development.
A Certified Pharmacy Technician, Nicole has nearly 20 years of experience in multiple areas of pharmacy, including retail, compounding, hospital, and long-term care. She gained valuable experience as a Director of Social Services and Admissions for two long-term care providers where she played a significant role in evaluating patients for admission, as well as serving on the facility care plan team. Nicole also has previous experience as a Discharge Planner, facilitating patient discharges to the appropriate level of care through the coordination and implementation of a smooth continuum of pre- and post-hospital care services.
Nicole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Miami and is a licensed pharmacy technician in the State of Texas. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, is passionate about her community and volunteerism and loves to travel and read.
